Education has the power to transform lives and uplift communities. By equipping children with knowledge, skills, and confidence, we empower them to overcome obstacles and pursue their dreams.
A solid educational foundation opens doors to better opportunities, higher-paying jobs, and the chance to break free from the cycle of poverty that has plagued their families for generations.
When children receive quality education, they develop critical thinking skills, acquire valuable knowledge, and cultivate a thirst for learning. This empowers them to make informed choices, challenge societal norms, and create positive change within their communities.
Education not only provides them with the tools to succeed academically but also instills important values such as perseverance, resilience, and empathy.
By investing in the education of underprivileged children, we create a ripple effect that extends beyond the individual student. As these children grow into educated adults, they become catalysts for change within their families.
With increased knowledge and resources, they can uplift their loved ones, breaking the cycle of poverty that has constrained generations.
Moreover, education is a powerful force that drives economic growth and social progress. By investing in the education of underprivileged children, we are investing in the future of the community as a whole.
Educated individuals are more likely to secure stable employment, contribute to the local economy, and engage in civic participation, thus creating a positive and sustainable impact on the community's development.
Together, by providing underprivileged children in Caut, LaPaz, Tarlac, Philippines, with a stronger educational foundation, we have the power to transform lives, uplift families, and create a society where every individual has an equal chance to thrive.
By breaking the cycle of poverty through education, we pave the way for a brighter and more prosperous future for generations to come.

The core purpose of the Madam Naty Foundation is to give underprivileged children of Caut, LaPaz, Tarlac, Philippines a stronger educational foundation for a brighter future.
Madam Naty was born Natividad Domingo Maglatang to her parents, Bernardo Maglatang Sr. and Eulalia Domingo on August 22, 1947, in a small, poor, rural barrio named Caut in the central region of the Philippines. She was the second of eleven children.
Her dad, nicknamed Bandong, was a farmer. Her mom, nicknamed Lali, was a fish vendor. Both of her parents did not finish elementary school, her dad only completed 5th grade, and her mom only completed 4th grade. They were dirt poor.
The summer before 6th grade, Madam Naty informed her father that she wanted to quit school. He grudgingly obliged her (with a hidden motive) by allowing her to work on the farm that summer.
After a few short months of back-breaking work, she soon realized her desire to finish school and build a better future for herself. She begged her father to allow her to go back to school.
Her grueling experiences on the farm inspired her to pursue her education more than ever before. Her discipline and dedication got her through college, as she attended classes during the day, and worked a full-time job in the afternoon into the night.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Education from the National Teacher’s College in Manila in 1968. She was the very first in her family to ever attend and finish college.
This achievement widely opened the doors for her younger brothers and sisters to pursue and complete college degrees in Engineering, Accounting, and Marketing.
She married Nestorio Alburo, a member of the Philippine Constabulary, in May of 1971. They had 4 children, all boys, Arlan, Medel, Ryan, and Adonis. All 4 graduated college, have successful careers, and are thriving entrepreneurs.
Madam Naty passed away unexpectedly on May 20, 2021. Since her passing, her family has focused on keeping her legacy alive and thriving.
Thus, the Madam Naty Foundation was born.
Madam Naty was a Career Elementary School Educator in the Philippines. She was passionate about education and used every opportunity to better herself.
She sincerely supported each and every one of her students but always expected them to give their best shot. She definitely held them accountable. They had to do their part.
Still, today, not every child in the Filipino barrio she grew up in has access to all the opportunities they need for a better education. For a better future.
The core purpose of the Madam Naty Foundation is to give underprivileged children of Caut, LaPaz, Tarlac, Philippines a stronger educational foundation for a brighter future.
